This is a gentle meditation, which helps us practice noticing the minds habit of chattering / wandering off, and builds our capacity to shift our attention back to the present moment, through an awareness of (Posture, Breath, the Body, Sensations, Sounds & Thoughts). Duration: 28 mins STAGE : 1, 2 & 3 - (of a 4-part meditation) Instructions: Find a warm comfortable place to sit. You can also practice it as you lie down on a mat on the floor, or on your bed. Settle the body and then start this guided meditation.
