De-Stress & take a Short Breathing Space with this 6 min meditation (with Music). When you find yourself stressed or somewhat overwhelmed and need to take some time out to re-group and calm the nerves, then try this guided meditation. This version of the meditation has background music. If you would like to try the meditation with No music, it is also available here. You do not need any previous meditation experience to do this meditation, however if you have never meditated before, you may like to begin with the (10 min Awareness of Breathing Meditation).. Duration: 6 mins Instructions: Find a warm comfortable place to sit. You can also practice it as you lie down on a mat on the floor, or on your bed. Settle the body and then start this guided meditation.
