De-Stress with this 10 min guided meditation, which focuses the mind, and settles the body . Bringing the attention to the sensation of breathing, as the anchor of our awareness. This is a gentle meditation, which helps us practice noticing the minds habit of chattering / wandering off, and builds our capacity to shift our attention back to the present moment, through an awareness of breathing. You do not need any previous meditation experience to do this meditation. Duration: 10 mins Instructions: Find a warm comfortable place to sit. You can also practice it as you lie down on a mat on the floor, or on your bed. Settle the body and then start this guided meditation.
