This prenatal yoga sequence is suitable for second and third trimester: if you have a pregnancy yoga ball please do use your ball to sit on instead of the floor. Please note: This prenatal yoga sequence is not suitable for anyone with SPD or girdle or hip pain. It is not a recommended or suitable prenatal yoga sequence for anyone in there first trimester. Please do contact your midwife or doctor before attempt any prenatal yoga sequence to be sure if is suitable for you body.
