We talked about all manner of things, which eventually led to a discussion of what makes strong communities. One important factor is diversity and inclusion. She had evidence. According to recent Gartner piece on the impact of diversity and inclusion on performance, Through 2022, 75% of organizations with frontline decision-making teams reflecting a diverse and inclusive culture will exceed their financial targets. Diversity can improve performance and the evidence can no longer be ignored. I wish I had my microphone. I didn't. So we did the next best thing.
