Donloree has an inspiring story. From a 200lb, "super nerdy" (please note description of her favourite childhood plaid pants, which frankly sound ultra-great), non-athletic 20 year old, she transformed herself through the exploration of fitness. What I love about Donloree's fitness story is that it has taken different paths. But it started with a decision to do something different, and she's let the path emerge. In the podcast we discuss: - That fitness/wellness is a common theme underlying many personal and business coaching issues. - Donloree's early forays into running, biking, and triathlon before stumbling across the world of body-building. - What she found so fascinating about competitive bodybuilders hanging out backstage in their skivvies. - Deciding to train for a bodybuilding competition; and doing it. - Moving beyond the extreme measures and aesthetic goals of bodybuilding.
