Are we managing situations the way we want to be with our children? Are we parenting and reacting out of fear of what this behaviour may bring in the future? Parenting out of fear can sometimes trigger us and create a situation where we over react. It happens.. but what can we do so it doesn't happen as often, how do come back from with our children? Most importantly, how do we parent in the present through our values and what we want to extend to our children vs through fear of the future and the what if's?
