For so long I was completely disconnected with my body and struggled with my weight for so long...one big change that helped me begin to heal was connect back to my body. In this episode I continue the discussion of what that looked like for me, how my yoga practice helped facilitate this connection, and suggestions you can take into your own practice to have a deeper connection with your body.
