CIM Chartered Managers Canada was founded in 1942 and has graduated and certified over 80,000 managers. Matthew is also a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
