Vilia joins us live at the Utah Podcast Summit to share her wisdom and expertise in the wonders of food creation from the garden to the plate. Vilia grew up in France where she ate food straight from the garden and she will share the joy of eating whole living foods and preparing them in a way that everyone will enjoy them. Vilia has taken vegetables from bland to fabulous is cooking vegetables with special pots to keep the nutrients and flavor of the natural food. When we don't eat right we can feel it. When we are eating living foods we take the energy from the food into our lives. Food can be an amazing experience of taste, color, flavor, and nutrition. Vilia will share her passion for food, cooking, spices, and mindfulness in enjoying and savoring delicious whole foods. Open your mind, get creative, and enjoy the experience of eating. Make food fun as you enjoy the crunch, flavor, smell, and textures in abundance. At our September Mindfulness in the Mountains Retreat Vilia will share with us her talent for being a food artist and designer. She will help you think outside of the box with vegetables and help you give your body what it needs to feel great!
