Life After the Military: Matthew Rainwater – ExtraOrdinary People

Matthew is a man with a moral compass that has caused him to become an advocate for others in challenging circumstances. Following a difficult upbringing with alcoholic parents, Matthew was homeless by the age of 17. This caused a revaluation of his life that led to him joining the army and getting married – all whilst 17 years old! He later became interested in law enforcement and moved into a career in the military police followed by a long stretch with the US border patrol. However, an unexpected and sudden shift in his health caused a revaluation. Matthews’s attention became even more set upon helping others who were experiencing difficulties in life, following a career in the military. Visit for more information about Matthew’s non-profit.
