With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry within the Asia Pacific, Nilesh is an accomplished hospitality executive. Nilesh over the years has had career stints with The Oberoi Group in India, The Ritz Carlton in Indonesia, and St. Regis in Singapore and Malaysia. Nilesh is currently General Manager of the recently launched Le Meridien, Maldives Resort & Spa - a 360-degree canvas inspired by the formation of the Atolls, fringing reefs, and marine life.
