He talks about why he doesn't believe in 'disorders', using nutrition to get off prescription meds, and the tapering process. He describes the four pillars of mental wellness, combined with a strategy to not only get rid of toxic substances and foods, but also toxic people in your life. He describes connection as the opposite to addiction and how struggle in life makes us wiser and stronger on the other side.
