COVID COVID COVID!!!!!! It has all we have talked about for the last 19months and we are about to keep talking about it but this time from the point of view of a front line ICU Nurse working at a major Dublin city hospital! I wanted to have a conversation with someone who was frontline, experiencing this Pandemic first hand. Someone who experienced the numbers of cases and deaths for real life! Mairead takes me through her journey from day one in ICU when there wasn’t even procedures in place to handle the virus to now!!!!! Mairead shares her story which honestly speaks nothing but bravery! And, although we stood united in thanking frontline workers such as nurses, doctors, etc through the earlier stages of the Pandemic, we seem to have now had this divid in society, amongst families and friends regarding the vaccine!
