I have been debating doing a solo episode sometime now, but my worry was always it sounding narcissistic, a bit of a wanker to be honest but in saying that some people join this community at other different stages and may not know who I am or where I started this podcast so I thought now is a good time to give an honest insight into my life so you know who you are listening to.
