One of the most common concerns that kept popping up when I ran the live version of my free 5 day challenge was that the people in the group were taking care of everyone around them… but NOT taking care of themselves. And that made me think: You were likely taught the golden rule at a very young age. You learned that you are supposed to treat others as you wish they would treat you. But as you grow older, you may be finding it necessary to be reminded to take care of yourself as well as take care of others.
