Victoria’s passion for movement began in New Jersey, where she started classical ballet at the age of 4 and trained on a professional track, before she injured herself. After struggling for years with her health, she was ultimately diagnosed with Lupus.In 2012, she took her first yoga class, an experience that forever changed her life. She completed her 300hr YTT in 2019 at Lighthouse Yoga School in Manhattan, NY, so she could turn her passion into a career.Victoria believe in the mind-body benefits of yoga. Today, she live to share it — through teaching, education, and content.In this Special Episode Victoria shares her journey from ballet to yoga, and how her practice has been helping her overcome mental and emotional struggles, supporting her best physical health while managing lupus.
