In this episode, I speak with the one and only Robert Sikes aka Keto Savage! This episode is another favorite as it is always a pleasure to speak with such an amazing person in the Keto Community. Robert dives into his back story working for the railroad and how it catapulted him into making some tough decisions that ultimately led him to his success as an entrepreneur today! He talks about his bodybuilding history prior to keto which led to struggles with eating disorders that essentially went away when he found keto and implemented it as his lifestyle. He goes on to reveal his successful bodybuilding show win with a ketogenic approach and how he has been keto ever since.
