Something I've been trying to be more forthcoming about is my longtime battle with depression and anxiety. While I only really cover a small bit of what depression (specifically) means for me, I hope this conversation will allow others to realize that they are not alone. I'd like to give a very special thanks to this episodes guest speaker: Frank. While I know this particular topic was hard for you to talk about (took two takes, a whole bottle of jack daniels, and some shots of vodka), I glad you become comfortable enough to shed some light on your situation as well.
