With absolutely no experience or even the slightest idea where to begin, I created this space where I can share the parts of me I usually choose not to. This week's episode will touch on a topic that is very relevant to my life currently: moving on and staying motivated after a breakup. Yes, it seems like the end of the world as you know it- but dig a little deeper, push yourself a little hard and surround yourself with friends like the ones I'm so fortunate to have and you'll see.
