This episode is very much about new year and how we can take the pressure off of ourselves and recognise that we get to choose. We get to choose how we show up, and how we step into this newness with intention and realness in ways that feel GOOD, as opposed to making ourselves feel a bit crap for not keeping up, or not doing the things that we wanted to do, whatever it is. Instead we get to reframe, and connect in more meaningful and feel-good ways.
