Episode 15 is a powerful guided 15 -minute , Shake and Let It Go Meditation Practice designed for those times when you want or need to let go of something or someone, especially if you are feeling any kind of distress and wish to approach a situation in your life from a more surrendered and let go place. You will start with a few minutes of shaking while standing up, which will act like an energetic shower. Then you'll lie down on the floor and go through a whole body tense and relax exercise. This will help to free you from your day, your worries and anything that you are holding onto that you don't need. You will leave this practice refreshed and relaxed.
