Fred spent fifteen years in New York City working in some the the top gastronomic and wine savvy temples in the city. In 2013, Fred relocated with his family to the Triangle, a region in the Piedmont of North Carolina, to continue building his consulting business around the region’s burgeoning food and wine scene.
