I'm always open for new views and angles on the subject we all love most: specialty coffee. So, it didn't take me too long to discover Tim Rogg and 'The Right Roast'. Tim is a filmmaker and together with his wife Eiko he's traveling the world and introducing specialty coffee and its roasters to the likeminded coffee fan out there. I love his unique approach, his fun and entertaining way of getting across his messages and at the same time educating his viewers.
