I wanted to find out how Trevor has come up with his ideas for his books and find out the secrets behind how he plans his books so that he can keep publishing such great content with apparent ease. About Trevor Silvester Trevor is the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the Training Director of The Quest Institute. He is a practising therapist with a clinic in Harley Street. His first book was self-published in 2003 and he has since gone on to write five other books. The last three of those books have been published by Hodder & Stoughton. He has been published in four languages and in the USA by Penguin.
