Jeff Mullinix and Steve Shamblin lived separate lives that were, in some ways, very similar, and, in others, very different. On a rainy morning in Columbus Ohio, they found each other, and, a few short weeks ago, they walked down the isle and were married before their family and friends. Recorded on 12/20/16. The purpose of 'We Are Compatible' is to explore the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and families as well as their allies in order to show that, regardless of what the United Methodist Book of Discipline may say, they are, in fact, compatible.
