David Diaz Champions can come from Anywhere - 007

Episode features an interview with David Diaz. Dad, Husband, Runner, Teacher, Coach, Oldest of 7 children and life long resident of McFarland California. David and I were Cross Country and Track Teammates at College of the Sequoias in Visalia. He was always very focused and driven and I knew that he would make an impact on those around him. In our interview we discuss what led him to a career in education, how he likes to be coached and what do good coaches do and say. Dave has a growth mindset and is always looking to better himself and those around him both physically and mentally. I think you will enjoy his positive mindset and encouraging message! David is one of the "Diaz" brothers that is depicted in the Movie "McFarland USA".
