Yesterday, I had a moment of clarity. Devon took Brax to a birthday party and Emma to a play date. Ainsley went down for a timely nap, which meant it was just Colty and I. I had a million and one things to do, and I asked myself, 'What's most important right now?' So, I sat down to read the bible and another book that my brothers and I are reading as a book club. Which led to a thinking session. I wrote down on the left side of the page, everything I want to do and that I want to begin prioritizing and on the right side of the page, I wrote down everything I have to get done, projects that I have to advance but that I am not necessarily that excited about. In today's episode, I give you my big takeaway that I am super excited to share with you and how it kind of blew my mind. I haven't been finding the time to focus on the things that I want to prioritize because I haven't been making them a priority! And, I realized that the stuff I have to do links directly to items I want to spend more time doing, they are building blocks, necessary 'evils' if you will.
