T-cell-based immunotherapy is one of the most promising new directions for cancer research. This kind of immunotherapy is time-consuming and expensive to conduct in a traditional wet lab, and so computational models have become invaluable in helping researchers to direct their investigation. In today's podcast, we will learn about a molecular docking tool developed at Rice which is tremendously effective for this difficult problem. Host : Cannon Lewis , a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at Rice University. Guest : Dr. Dinler Antunes , a Rice University postdoctoral research associate who works in the Laboratory of Professor Lydia Kavraki , the Noah Harding Professor of Computer Science and of Bioengineering at Rice University. Unconventional Computing is supported and produced by Rice University's Computer Science Department. Rice performs world-class research in the areas of Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Systems, Programming Languages, Software Engineering and Data Science.
