The two of them dig into: the research around cognitive fatigue in marathons and ultramarathons what role low energy availability plays and what it means for how you train, fuel, and recover Boere is a Ph.D. candidate in the neuroscience program at the University of Victoria and a senior performance researcher at the Nike Sport Research Lab.
