We’ve always believed the world would be better if more countries and companies were run by women. And 2020 proved us right: women leaders consistently stood out for their empathetic and effective response to Covid-19. In this episode, we talk to two notable women leaders—Shellye Archambeau and Sheryl Sandberg—about how they navigated an incredibly difficult year, how our definition of a “good” leader is evolving, and how all leaders can take steps to get working women through this crisis. More about our guests: Shellye Archambeau has over 30 years of experience in technology, leading organizations focused on business to business as well as business to consumer. As CEO of MetricStream, she was one of Silicon Valley’s first Black women CEOs and built the company from a struggling startup into a global market leader.
