As a surfer and lover of the ocean, ironically I'm rarely off my surfboard. I was recently introduced to something called 'Wild Swimming' from Sophie in the U.K., and I haven't looked back since. This is an entirely different way to get connected with water, and reap the mental and physical benefits for your mind and body. From increasing circulation to lowering inflammation, not to mention all of the mental health benefits. You just FEEL better, and it can be as little as 10 minutes a day. Water has been a form of therapy for as long as history has been documented.
