Once Heath finally hired a support staff for Campground Booking, he noticed an immediate improvement in customer experience. Support response times dropped, there were fewer support requests, and more resources to empower campgrounds to learn how to solve minor problems. In this episode, Heath shares the evolution of the software customer support system for his company and how hiring Scarlett (who we met at our RV Entrepreneur Summit last year) has greatly improved the company!
