In this first episode of Elevate I am delighted to be interviewing Dan Williams. Dan is my EOS coach and has a wealth of experience that I want to share with you today. We discuss how Dan has been supporting me as a coach through becoming a Certified EOS® Implementer, what the heck even is EOS and why would an organisation even need an operating system? We also hear about how Dan was introduced to EOS in his former organisational role and how it supported moving people to the 'right seat' including himself.
