Traditions and routines. In this episode, we discussed how in most part, martial arts schools should be a neutral place for everyone. The mats should be a neutral zone, no religions, no political views, a place for everyone, regardless of race, gender, etc, where everyone shares the same enthusiasm and passion for various martial arts. We also listed some of our own routines pre and after classes. What we eat before class, how we wash our Gis and get our uniforms ready to roll, etc. In the second part of this episode, we had a chance to talk to Kevin Garcia, co-founder of FightMatch.
