There are times in life in which you will be confronted with challenges greater than you would have thought you'd ever be able to handle. And yet, there they are. If you are a leader in a company, organization, or community that goes doubly. I am joined by Jaiya Ma (Erotic Blueprints & New World Sex Education), Robert Kandell (cofounder of OneTaste, host of TuffLove podcast), and Amy Jo Goddard (author of Woman on Fire, and The Fire Woman Retreat). Each with at least a decade of leadership experience. We will be exploring: -How we've navigated extremely difficult situations that have arisen in our organizations. -How we've each made mistakes and/or negatively impacted individuals or our community at large -What we got right -How we can uplevel the industry & minimize these things from continuing to happen -What policies or best practices have we come up with for ourselves as leaders and our community, what's our current best understanding, what are our learnings -How to navigate recover that actually deepens the trust, connection and intimacy of a situation. -And likely a whole lot more...
