Episode 17 Philly McMahon, Addiction ,Writing a Book, Playing for Dublin

In this episode we spoke about Philly's book, The Choice, growing up in Ballymun, his brother being addicted to heroin , and then passing away. We also spoke about his amazing work with his charity, Half Time Talk, helping the youth of today develop the belief that they have the right and potential to be the best they can be. We also spoke about his work within Mountjoy and helping inmates rehabilitate for they when they come out of prison. And of course we spoke about Philly’s Dublin career. Enjoy the episode guys.
