His terms if he wins are that they must use their resources and influence to transition the FBI to an all female investigative bureau. He then talks about a program he would institute as mayor to help bicyclists have an equal share of Pittsburgh streets along with motorists. Mitch analyzes the state of the American media system and suggests a change in the tax code to bring equity and integrity to the media of the United States. He talks about the ending of Stephen Colbert's Late Show and argues that these late night hosts should use their millions to investigate the companies advertising on their programs. Even if they can't investigate themselves they could hire someone like Mitch to check up on the corporations to ensure they aren't using slave labor and questionable environmental practices around the globe.
