His terms if he wins the duel are that the employee must use their influence and resources to require the FBI be an all female Bureau. Mitch talks about his strategies to reduce traffic if he becomes mayor of Pittsburgh. He talks about what he would do as Secretary of the Treasury. Mitch would launch an online portal and e currency that would help small businesses raise money and have transactions without credit card fees. He believes the only way a nuclear power should release an e-currency is if it is tied to spent nuclear fuel. The goal of the e-currency is to find ways to neutralize spent nuclear fuel.
