This is the second part of the conversation I had with Leinster Rugby senior coach, Stuart Lancaster who has held senior leadership positions at many levels of the game including being the former England Rugby head coach. In part one we chatted about the foundations of culture, putting teams together and knowing your own personal strengths and weaknesses.
