Welcome to an extra and special episode of The Absolutely Awesome Podcast - an extra-special episode, if you will - featuring my conversation with Kieran McGuinness from the mighty Delorentos. I caught up with Kieran at Tower Records on Dawson Street as the band prepared to launch their new album, Night Becomes Light, which is a bit of a corker, IMHO. Once again, the band have worked with uber-producer and awesome pod guest Rob Kirwan , a good reason to circle back and listen to that episode again, hint hint. Delorentos are heading out on their largest Irish tour to date and details of the shows and ticket links for each of the 13 dates can be found at their website, delorentos.net . The tour begins in Cork on October 24 and runs through until December 12 when the lads will take to the stage at Vicar Street for what is sure to be a celebratory homecoming show.
