Alright I know this seems like a special treat to be getting two episodes so close to one another and no it is not Christmas I just have had some time to finally edit past recordings. So in this episode we talk about the Boston Marathon. Once again we have Ryan Metivier as a fill in who has run Boston a number of times and gives his perspective on what to consider when lining up at this special race. We also have another guest Jake Norris for this episode who will be making an appearance in coming episodes. In the next episode we will be talking about tapering and the different philosophies of each person.
