In this video, I explain each case law which justifies the use of a vehicle as a weapon to stop a threat. Later, I show you the latest police shooting from the Baltimore Police Department (MD). Officers encountered a subject using deadly force against an innocent victim. Officers responded with deadly force and stopped the threat.
