How running is excellent for your mind and your body and how it's helped build her confidence. She also gives tips on how to start if you're a complete beginner. Megan talks about the Reclaim Your Run movement set up by Women's Health and Runner's World magazines after 60% of women surveyed said they'd been harassed while out running.
