DJ/producer/promoter and vocalist Michelle Manetti is my guest for this episode to talk about female empowerment and creating space and opportunities for other women in the music industry, particularly in the LGBTQ+ community. Michelle talks about how she was stuck in a rut in her DJing career for 10 years and how it took a major health scare to finally get her on the right path to pursue the work she was passionate about. We also discuss how both of us have felt like working in male-dominated industries has spurred us on to do even better.
