RtNP#83 Unstructured

Hello, I'm back with another recording. Unfortunately this one is a bit unstructured and unfocused. I tried to improve the content when editing but I'm not sure I succeeded. I did cut out half an hour of talking about projects at work. You probably ought to thank me for that. Even I found that utterly boring. I hope that what remains in the audio is worth listening to. Some time have passed between recording and publishing this but I've been busy training. Yes training, as in running several times a week. You get a glimpse of why in this episode and more reports will follow in upcoming ones.
