Psilocybin has demonstrated a long track record of safety and efficacy in a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and cognitive decline. Although to date, this natural substance remains classified as a Schedule 1 drug, there are protected use scenarios including sincere spiritual use.
