We have to show them who they are not what they are. We are learning from each other and it’s an ongoing process. Once you learn you need to be able to apply what you have learnt and continue to develop your skills. It’s about developing the individual. We are working from our passion, creating more opportunities and showing young people how they can create their own opportunities.
