For years I was the one who couldn’t connect and wasn’t going to go anywhere. I felt I was unable to achieve, but I have to acknowledge that the need for significance has shaped who I am Blending the entrepreneurial businessman with a family I balance it because in the past I neglected my family and wasn’t present and ultimately it cost me my relationship and living a normal life. I balance my business with my relationships because I know what will happen if I don’t put in the time to keep my relationships going. I try to teach my children about their worth. I lead by example because I don’t want them to only think they are worth the minimum wage. It’s about having a choice, understanding there are different possibilities There will be challenges in any journey and it’s about moving through them to achieve success.
