How to Bullyproof your Child

Hi, I'm Lisa and I've been coaching parents on how to get respect since 2007. I've also raised my own 2 kids and sailed right through the teen years. It's always about mutual respect. In this episode I ask the question, "Can you bullyproof kids?" Yes, I believe you can. I was never bullied, my kids were never bullied and I've used with method with loads of clients who have had a lot of success. The key is to build up their confidence and self-esteem then prepare them to handle any bullying situation that comes their way. Kids learn best by doing so role play situations that may lead to bullying. Take turns being the bully and the victim and have fun with it.
